Costco sells a (48 can?) variety pack case of these flavors
Zoo plus do a load of great foods at cheap prices. I order my cat food from there in bulk. Grain free wet and dry. You can look at the ingredients and decide which you like the look of.
We are looking for a natural, grain free, high protein count, canned food for him in BULK. I have been looking, without much success, so I was wondering if maybe some more experience cat owners have a brand or a website they can recommend. Thank you!
Comparing prices between different brands of canned cat food, Gabe made a discovery at Walmart: it’s cheaper to buy individual cans of Friskies cat food than to buy a case of 24 cans. Buying in bulk is supposed to be cheaper for the consumer, but maybe Walmart has imposed a convenience charge for encasing all of those cat food cans in cardboard. If you're planning to feed one adult cat canned food only...a 10lb cat will need about one 5.5 oz can per day (kittens will eat more). You cannot get into a food for $30 a month unless you buy 13 oz cans (which severely limits your choices to a handful of brands) or you aggressively shop sales and/or buy online when there is a good deal...which will mean buying in bulk to hold you over to the next good deal.If you want to save money on cat food, you should also consider buying cheap cat food in bulk. As you know, bulk purchases can help you save a great deal of money. Large bags and cans of cat food typically cost less than smaller bags and cans. Also, if you have more than one cat at home, you should consider buying wholesale instead of retail. Sellers usually give discounts to patrons who frequently buy cat food from them.Dry cat food is a standard in many households and Dollar General carries a variety of discount products that your pets will enjoy. Available in bulk or small bags, dry cat food is among the most convenient and economical choices. In addition, compared to canned cat food, dry food lasts longer once opened, is less messy and is often preferred by many cats. In addition, Dollar General carries a number of dry cat food options like Purina Cat Chow, Friskies and more. Well, as I said my price is flexible to up to $40 a month, and I might be willing to go higher if there is that much of a difference (or, my cat ends up loving it more). The $30 was more meant as a 'if you know anything in this price range that is the best of that price range, awesome! If not, throw in some of the brands which you know are solid though they might cost a bit more.'It actually takes less time than driving to the pet food supply store and back – usually less than a half hour for four days worth of food. Of course, if you have more than two cats, it can take a little bit longer (but not much). Some people prefer making food in bulk (freezing in four day portions) and others prefer making fresh food daily. Personally, I am happy making food once every four days. Cooking time can be greatly reduced by using frozen organic vegetables or steaming extra veggies when preparing foods for you or the human members of your family.
